Terms of service

Fika, trade (hereinafter: Mediator) is mediator, retailer and also the owner of the website and domain www.agencyfika.com where the online store is located.

Client (hereinafter: Buyer) is any person who chooses and pays any products / service available at Fika official website.

This document is an electronic agreement between the Mediator and the Buyer who accept all terms of use, rights, obligations and responsibilities contained therein. By submitting personal information, the Buyer accepts the terms of use of the internet store of Mediator.

Fika webshop sells one day tours in which it participates as an Mediator. Sales are made through a secure internet connection and are open to all customers regardless of their place of residence.

To purchase any tour, the Buyer must leave certain personal details. This is a necessary step to ensure the security of the purchase. The Buyer agrees that the entered information is correct. The Mediator reserves the right to block the customer’s account and to disallow the purchase if it acknowledges that the information is inaccurate or that the Buyer is attempting to undermine the security and consistency of the system.

Ordering

Buyer may book the tour organized by Mediator by email, telephone, other means of remote communication or with other authorized agents.

Methods of payment

Bank transfer and Corvus PayByLink method.

The card processing and billing processing is done through the Corvus pay system, which is authorized by the Mediator for this purpose.

When Buyer makes reservation for private tour/tailor made tour/boat rental, Buyer pays 20-50% of total price within 7 days for confirming reservation. The rest of amount, Buyer pays 30 days before taking the service of private tour/“tailor made“ tour/boat rental.

Important note: Be advised that this quotation is based on current currency exchange rates and may change due to rate fluctuation. Depending on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of final payment the price may increase or decrease accordingly. This is a quotation only and all services are subject to availability.

Booking confirmation

If the tour is confirmed, we send you a confirmation voucher and charge your credit card.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made at least 1 day (24 hours) or more before the tour via email. If the minimum number for the tour (6 passengers) is not reached, mediator has the right to cancel the tour. Mediator also has the right to cancel the tour due to terrible weather conditions, but passengers will be informed in an appropriate time and money will be refunded or the tour will be rescheduled for another day.

If Buyer does not appear on the departure day of the tour (which had previously paid entirely), he/she is not entitled to a refund paid for the tour.

Tickets & vouchers

The buyer is obliged to keep the tickets and not to damage them, pass it on, reproduce or give to third parties. Entry to tours is only possible with a valid and undamaged ticket. Each ticket has a unique serial number that allows entry to tours. Copy of the ticket or number can no longer be used for other tour. The Mediator may not know whether the ticket is copied or lost and each ticket / serial number is considered to be using tickets. By sending an email ticket, the Mediator ceases to be responsible for the ticket and exclusively to the Buyer responsible for the tickets purchased. If a ticket Buyer loses or breaches the rule and copies or permits a copy of a ticket, a third party is deemed to have accepted the liability for negligence or unauthorized distribution of tickets and the risk of a possible ban on access to the tour.

When entering the tour, the mediator authorized staff check the tickets in one or more of the following ways: voucher in the printout or electronic form.

Tickets may not be used for marketing purposes or any form of economic activity. Any attempt to use a ticket that does not comply with the above policies and conditions is considered a breach of the contract, so the tickets will no longer be valid and can not be used to go to the tour. Tickets cannot be resold.

Photo policy

By entering all Fika tours, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites or any other purpose by Fika, trade and its affiliates and representatives. You release the company, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. If you prefer not to be included in photographs or recordings, please step away from the camera or inform the photographer if you have inadvertently been included. Photographers may honor such requests at their own discretion.

Images are strictly prohibited from being reproduced, copied or altered in any way other than by Fika, trade and its official representatives.

Submission of compliants

Based on the provisions of Article 6, Point 3 of the Act on the provision of services in tourism (Official Gazette No. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20 and 70/21), Buyer is allowed to submit a written complaint only by email: agencyfika@gmail.com
We will respond to a written complaint in writing within 15 days from the day the complaint was received.

Change in conditions

The Mediator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein without prior notice as well as the right to relocate internet commerce to another domain.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

By confirming the reservation, Buyer confirms that he / she had read, understood and accepted terms and conditions of Fika, trade.

Security of Online payments

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet. Protecting personal data

Fika webshop is committed to providing personal data protection by collecting only the essential, basic information about customers (Buyers) who are required to fulfill our obligations; informing buyers of how they use the data they collect, regularly gives customers the choice of using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All Buyers information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees who are required to do this. All business partners and employees are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
